1) A deposit of 500 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting a price offer for regular participants.
2) A deposit of 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting a price offer for prohibited participants.
3) An additional deposit on top of the initial deposit is required when submitting a price offer for high-value cars, amounting to 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars for participants.
4) A ground fee of 30 K.D. is added for each car to the purchase amount.
5) If the wreck value is not paid within two days, the offer is considered (rejected).
6) The deposit is non-refundable if the wreck value is not paid within a maximum of two working days.
7) The wreck value payment is made via 4MAZAD or via a payment link from the supplier.
8) The car must be collected within 24 hours from the date of full payment of the wreck value and after company verification and obtaining the removal letter. Anyone failing to do so will have the vehicle removed outside the premises without any liability on us after the vehicle is transferred, or a ground fee of 5 K.D. per day will be charged.

9) All items are sold as is, as they appear on the site. Kuwait Four Auctions, outside of stores, does not guarantee any representations, specifications, information, and/or details provided by the supplier. The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing the data, advertisements, and information related to the condition of the item before bidding.

10) Please note that participating in the auction implies absolute and unambiguous knowledge of the condition of the item and is considered an acknowledgment of inspection. The terms and conditions of the Four Auction App apply in full.

12) Items offered for sale are sold as is, and Kuwait Four Auctions, outside of stores, and the entity to which they are sold, do not guarantee the condition of the items, their suitability for use, or their conformity to specifications

13) The bidder acknowledges and agrees that any information, data, or other materials obtained through the auction service, whether provided by the app or by a third party, may contain errors, be inaccurate, or incomplete. The bidder is solely responsible for confirming the accuracy and completeness of the information. The reliability of this information, data, or other materials

14) I, the bidder or participant, release Kuwait Four Auctions Company from liability outside of its stores for any hidden damage or defect in the vehicle or item on display, as there is time for inspection. I am fully aware that the item on display is scrap metal. I, the participant, bear full responsibility for my bids and for my inspection of the wreckage or item. I have no right to object, complain, or sue, as the auction was conducted in full possession of my mental faculties and with my complete satisfaction, without any external interference.

15) The bidder or participant pledges and undertakes to pay all applicable administrative fees, withdrawal fees, and government stamp duties, regardless of the amount, without the seller or Four Auctions bearing any costs

16) The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.

I, the bidder below, acknowledge that we have thoroughly inspected the vehicles and items subject to the offer, and that the price offered is the price we deem appropriate for purchasing the vehicle and item in their current condition. Kuwait Four Auctions, other than in stores, and the supplier bears no responsibility for any defect or damage that was not apparent. I have absolutely no right to appeal to the company for any reason, and my complaint will not be considered.
