Company Terms and Conditions:
1) A security deposit of KWD 300 is required when submitting a bid.
2) A ground deposit of KWD 30 is added to the purchase price for each vehicle.
3) If the value of the wreck is not paid within two days, the bid will be considered rejected.
4) The security deposit is non-refundable if the value of the wreck is not paid within a maximum period of two business days.
5) The value of the wreck must be paid via 4MAZAD.
6) The vehicle will be towed within 24 hours of the date of full payment of the value of the wreck, after reviewing the company and obtaining the tow letter. If the bidder fails to do so, we will remove the vehicle from the auction site without any liability after the vehicle is transferred.
7) I, the bidder or participant, release Kuwait Four Auctions Company from liability for any hidden damage or defect in the vehicle or item on display, as there is a time limit for inspection. I, the participant, bear full responsibility for my bids and for my inspection of the wreck or item. I have no right to object, complain, or sue, as the auction was conducted with my full authority. Mentally, and with my complete satisfaction, without any external interference.
8) The bidder or participant pledges and undertakes to pay all additional expenses, including withdrawal fees, fees, and government stamps, regardless of the amount, without the seller bearing any costs.
9) The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.

I, the bidder below, acknowledge that we have inspected the vehicles and goods subject to the offer with a complete inspection, and that the price offered by me is the price we deem appropriate for purchasing the vehicle and goods in their current condition. The company is not held responsible for any defect or damage that was not apparent. I have absolutely no right to appeal to the company for any reason, and no complaint will be considered.
