Company Terms and Conditions: 1) There is a deposit of 500 Kuwaiti Dinars when submitting a quote for regular subscribers. 2) There is a deposit of 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars when submitting a quote for suspended subscribers. 3) An additional deposit of 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting a quote for high-value cars. 4) A base fee of 40 Kuwaiti Dinars is added for each car to the purchase amount. 5) If the damage cost is not paid within two days, the offer is considered (rejected).

5) In the event that the debris fee is not paid within two days, the offer is considered (rejected).
6) The insurance amount is non-refundable if the debris fee is not paid within a maximum period of two working days.
7) The debris fee is paid via 4MAZAD or through a payment link from the supplier.
8) The vehicle must be withdrawn within 24 hours from the date of full payment of the debris fee and after the company’s review and obtaining a withdrawal letter. Anyone who fails to do so will be responsible for removing the vehicle from the premises without any liability on us after the vehicle is transferred, or a ground fine will be charged at the rate of 5 KWD per day.
9) All items are sold in their current condition as is on the site, and Kuwait For Auctions Company does not guarantee in non-store locations any of the declarations and/or specifications and/or information and/or details provided by the supplier. The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing the data, advertisements, and information related to the condition of the item before bidding.
10) Please note that participating in the auction signifies full knowledge of the condition of the item and is considered an acknowledgment of inspection. The general terms and conditions of For Mazad apply fully.
11) Please note that approval for the sale of the item is subject to the supplier’s consent or refusal.

12) The items offered for sale are sold as is, and Kuwait 4 Auctions Company does not guarantee, whether in stores or otherwise, the condition of the items, their suitability for use, or their compliance with specifications.
13) The bidder acknowledges and agrees that any information, data, or other materials obtained through the auction service, whether provided by the app or by another party, may contain errors or be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of this information, data, or other materials.
14) I, the bidder or participant, absolve Kuwait 4 Auctions Company outside of stores from any damage or defect that may be hidden in the vehicle or item on display, as there is a designated time for inspection. I am fully aware that the item is scrap metal and I, as the participant, bear full responsibility for my bids and for inspecting the scrap or item. I have no right to object, complain, or take legal action, as the bidding was conducted with my full mental capacity and complete consent, without any external interference.
15) The participant or bidder undertakes and commits to pay all associated expenses, including administrative fees and withdrawal and successful bid fees.

16) All expenses and fees for canceling or transferring the registration of the sold vehicle shall be borne solely by the buyer, who must complete the necessary procedures himself or through a representative without recourse to the seller. If the ownership transfer procedures are not completed in his name, he shall be obligated to pay all resulting expenses and fees, and the company has the right to claim from him all costs incurred due to his failure to complete the necessary procedures within the period agreed upon in the contract. 17) The buyer undertakes to remove the wreck of the vehicle subject to the contract from the company's garage within four days from the date of purchase. If he fails to do so for any reason, this shall be considered as authorization for the company to dispose of the vehicle wreck and resell it through the auction method it follows. The buyer accepts to receive the resale amount of the vehicle if he has previously paid the full amount, regardless of its size, and shall bear the full loss or the price difference in case the vehicle is sold for a lower value, with an obligation to pay garage floor and security fees of ten dinars per day, which shall be deducted from the amounts he has paid without the need to contact him.

18) The second party acknowledges that the first party has the right to retain the vehicle's license plates for the period prior to the transfer of ownership, and that if he receives the plates for the purpose of carrying out a new appraisal without bypassing the successful completion of the technical inspection procedures, he is obligated to return the plates to the seller for deregistration. The plates are delivered to him as a trust, and during that period he is fully responsible for them. In the event he violates this and the agreed terms, he is considered unfaithful to the trust and bears all legal consequences resulting from that.

19) The terms and conditions of the supplier apply, and the final approval for the sale is subject to the supplier's consent.

I, the undersigned bidder, acknowledge that we have inspected the vehicles and goods subject to the price offer, which constitutes full knowledge, and that the price I submitted is the price I consider appropriate to purchase the vehicle and goods in their current condition, without holding Kuwait Four Auctions Company or the supplier responsible in case any hidden defects or damages appear. I have no right to contact the company for any reason, and no complaint will be considered, and I have absolutely no right to sue either party, as I am fully aware that the items offered are scrap metal.
