Company Terms and Conditions:

1) A deposit of 500 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting a price quote for regular subscribers.

2) A deposit of 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting a price quote for restricted subscribers.

3) An additional deposit of 1000 Kuwaiti Dinars is required when submitting a price quote for high-value vehicles.

4) A storage fee of 30 Kuwaiti Dinars will be added to the purchase price for each vehicle.

5) If the salvage fee is not paid within two days, the offer will be considered rejected.

6) The deposit is non-refundable if the salvage fee is not paid within a maximum of two business days.

7) Salvage fees can be paid through 4MAZAD or via a payment link from the supplier.

8) The vehicle will be towed within 24 hours of full payment of the salvage fee and after the company reviews the vehicle and obtains the towing authorization. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle being removed from the lot without any liability on our part. Alternatively, a storage fee of 5 Kuwaiti Dinars per day will be charged.

9) All items are sold as is, at their location. Kuwait Four Auctions (outside of physical stores) does not guarantee any of the representations, specifications, information, or details provided by the supplier. The bidder is solely responsible for reviewing the data, advertisements, and information related to the condition of the item before bidding.

10) Please note that participation in the auction implies full and certain knowledge of the item's condition and constitutes an acknowledgment of inspection. The terms and conditions of the Four Auctions public application apply in full.

11) Please note that the sale of the item is subject to the supplier's approval.

12) Items offered for sale are sold as is. Neither Kuwait Four Auctions (outside of physical stores) nor the entity on whose behalf the item is sold guarantees its condition, suitability for use, or conformity to specifications.

13) The bidder acknowledges and agrees that any information, data, or other materials obtained through the auction service, whether provided by the application or another party, may contain errors, be inaccurate, or incomplete. The bidder is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of such information or data. Or other materials

14) I, the bidder or participant, release Kuwait Four Auctions Company from any liability for any hidden damage or defects in the vehicle or item offered, as there is time for inspection. I am fully aware that the item offered is scrap iron, and I, the participant, bear full responsibility for my bids and for whether or not I inspect the wreckage or item. I have no right to object, complain, or sue, as the bidding was conducted with my full mental capacity and consent, without any external interference.

15) The participant or bidder undertakes and commits to paying all associated expenses, including administrative fees, withdrawal fees, and state stamp fees, regardless of the amount, without the seller or the Kuwait Four Auction Company bearing any costs.

16) The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.

I, the undersigned bidder, acknowledge that I have inspected the vehicles and goods subject to the auction price to ensure complete transparency. The price I have submitted is the price I deem appropriate for purchasing the vehicle and goods in their current condition. Kuwait Four Auction Company (outside of the auction premises) and the supplier bear no responsibility for any defects or damage that may appear unseen. I have no right to contact the company for any reason whatsoever, and no complaint will be considered. I also have no right to sue either of them, as I am fully aware that the items offered are scrap iron.
