Company Terms and Conditions:

1) A deposit of KWD 500 is required when submitting a bid for regular subscribers.

2) A deposit of KWD 1,000 is required when submitting a bid for prohibited subscribers.

3) A deposit of KWD 30 is added to the purchase price for each car.

4) If the value of the wreck is not paid within two days, the bid will be considered rejected.

5) The deposit is non-refundable if the value of the wreck is not paid within a maximum period of two working days.

6) The value of the wreck must be paid via 4MAZAD.

7) The vehicle will be towed within 24 hours of the date of full payment of the value of the wreck, after reviewing the company and obtaining the tow letter. If the vehicle is not to be towed, we will remove it from the auction site without any liability after the vehicle is transferred.

8) I, the bidder or subscriber, release Kuwait Four Auctions Company from liability for any damage or hidden defect in the vehicle or item being offered outside the auction site, as there is a time limit for inspection. I, the subscriber, bear full responsibility for my bids and for the auction. I have inspected the wreckage or the item, and I have no right to object, complain, or sue, as the auction was conducted in my full capacity and with my full consent, without any external interference.

9) The participant or bidder pledges and undertakes to pay all additional expenses, including towing fees, fees, and government stamps, regardless of the amount, without the seller bearing any costs.

10) The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.

I, the bidder below, acknowledge that we have inspected the vehicles and items subject to the bid, with a complete inspection that eliminates ignorance, and that the price offered by me is the price we deem appropriate for purchasing the vehicle and item in their current condition. The company is not held responsible for any defect or damage that was not apparent. I have absolutely no right to appeal to the company for any reason, and no complaints will be considered
