When you participate in this auction, you acknowledge the terms and conditions of Arab Islamic Takaful Insurance Company:

• There is a security deposit upon submitting a quote of 300 KWD.
• A floor amount is added for each car, at a rate of 30 KD, added to the purchase amount.
• In the event that the value of the debris is not paid within two days, the offer is considered (rejected).
• The insurance value is not refundable in the event that the value of the wreck is not paid within a maximum of two working days (48 hours).
• The value of the wrecks will be paid by Arab IslamicTakaful Insurance Company.
• The car is withdrawn after transferring. 
• To repair and convert the car.
• The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and the final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.
