Terms and Conditions

When you participate in this auction, you acknowledge the terms and conditions of Kuwait Insurance Company:

1. There is a security deposit upon submitting a quote of 150 KWD.
2. In the event that the value of the spare parts is not paid within two days, the offer is considered (rejected).
3. The insurance value is not refundable in case the value of the spare parts is not paid within a maximum of two working days (48 hours).
4. Payment for spare parts will be paid by 4MAZAD.
5. The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and the final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.

I admit, the bidder below, by our inspection of the spare parts, subject of the price offer, a negative inspection of ignorance, and that the price presented by me is the price we deem appropriate for the purchase in its current condition without the company bearing any responsibility in the event of any defect or damage that was not apparent.
