When you participate in this auction, you acknowledge the terms and conditions of Kuwait Insurance Company:

1. There is a security deposit upon submitting a quote of 150 KWD.
2. In the event that the value of the spare parts is not paid within two days, the offer is considered (rejected).
3. The insurance value is not refundable in case the value of the spare parts is not paid within a maximum of two working days (48 hours).
4. Payment for spare parts will be paid by 4MAZAD.
5. The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and the final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.
