When you participate in this auction, you acknowledge the terms and conditions of Kuwait Insurance Company:

1. There is a security deposit upon submitting a quote of 150 KWD.
2. A floor amount is added for each car, at a rate of 25 KD, added to the purchase amount.
3. In the event that the value of the debris is not paid within two days, the offer is considered (rejected).
4. The insurance value is not refundable in the event that the value of the wreck is not paid within a maximum of two working days (48 hours).
5. The value of the wrecks will be paid by 4MAZAD.
6. The car is withdrawn within a maximum period of 48 working hours from the date of transferring the vehicle, and the car is received with the plates by presenting the new car book, and whoever fails to do so, we will charge you a floor with a value of (- / 10 dinars) for each day of delay.
7. The supplier's terms and conditions apply, and the final approval of the sale is subject to the supplier's approval.
