When you participate in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

3. The insurance value is non-refundable if the value of the car has not been paid within a maximum period of two working days (48 hours).
4. The value of the car is paid by 4Mazad application.
5. The vehicle is received and transferred on the same day.
6. The supplier’s terms and conditions apply and the recent approval of the sale is subject to the supplier’s approval.

I, the bidder, hereby acknowledge that we have examined the vehicles subject to the bid, a negative review of ignorance, and that the price offered by me is the price that we see appropriate to purchase the vehicle as it is, without the company assuming any responsibility in the event of any defect or damage that was not apparent.
