When you participate in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. There is a prepaid insurance of an amount of KWD 150, which is when registering for the Gold Package.

2. A floor amount is added for each car at the rate of KWD 30, which is paid when going to receive the delivery order.

3. In the event that the value of the wreck / car is not paid within 24 hours of the end of the auction, the offer is considered rejected and the terms and conditions apply to deducting the entire insurance amount.

4. The debris / vehicle is paid for by 4Mazad

5. The car is withdrawn within 24 hours from the date of payment of the debris / car, and after reviewing the company and taking the withdrawal book and whoever fails to do so, we will control a wedge to get the vehicle out of Al-Hotah without any responsibility that falls on us after converting the vehicle.

6. The supplier’s terms and conditions apply and the recent approval of the sale is subject to the supplier’s approval.

I, the bidder, hereby acknowledge that we have examined the vehicles subject to the bid in a negative review of ignorance, and that the price offered by me is the price that we consider appropriate to purchase the vehicle as it is without the company assuming any responsibility in the event of any defect or damage that was not apparent.
